Description
Digital Munya 3 is our new collaboration with our industry partner Maxime Durand (Ubisoft, World Design Director). With support from the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Futures Institute, and Edinburgh College of Art, Durand holds a Knowledge Exchange Fellowship in 2024-25 to support his work as our World Design Director-in-Residence, guiding the student development team alongside Glaire Anderson, PhD, and the Digital Lab team: Dara Etefaghi, Sarah Slingluff, Deniz Vural, and with support from project administrator Lale Muskara.

Collaborative R&D project with industry partner, to develop the concept for a game that introduces players to a globally significant medieval time and place: Córdoba (in present-day Spain), in the 10th century, when it was the political and cultural capital of al-Andalus (the Arabic name for Islamic Iberia).
