Description

This is a Big Lottery funded longitudinal qualitative and quantitative research project undertaken by Morag in collaboration with the Child Poverty Action Group in Scotland (2013-2016). The research uses three methods to track the effects of welfare reform and austerity measures on families: (1) a collection of case studies (n= 700) generated online from CPAG’s benefits workers; (2) a longitudinal qualitative study of families;and (3) interviews at food banks with individuals experiencing the harshest effects of austerity measures.
