Description
Scotland’s ageing workforce is a highly topical issue for policy makers and employers alike. This project aims to develop a partnership with Age Scotland, Business in the Community Scotland, and Scottish Government as a means of maximising the impact of Scottish Government-funded research into the opportunities and challenges associated with an ageing workforce. The partnership will facilitate uptake and use of the research by enabling the researchers to engage with a wide range of employers throughout Scotland. The intended impact of the project is to contribute to the increased adoption of more age-inclusive working practices amongst Scottish employers through the development of a Scottish Age-Inclusive Employer Network and the establishment of an Age-Inclusive Employment Charter.
