The University of Edinburgh Business School academics have been conducting extensive research on food quality for sustainability and health. The aim of this project is to practically apply this research by developing software with industry that helps them to measure the carbon footprint of their menus. Enabling businesses to have a better understanding of how they can minimise the negative impact on the environment whilst still maintaining profitability and giving customers the opportunity to make more informed decisions.
