This project is funded by the Marsden Fund of the Royal Society of New Zealand (NZ$800,000). It involves the exploration of a series of media forms, discourses, practices and technologies including indigenous peoples' media and contemporary developments in entertainment television whereby new kinds of cultural citizenship are being actively forged.
