Description

This project was instigated, and research access facilitated, by the office of the UN Assistant Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs. It is the first big comparative study of its kind, involving interviews with 30 top policymakers in 16 democratic countries. Together, these governments gave 90% of funding to the last major UN appeal.
