Description
Programme of research focused on the use of information systems and data for Human Resources Management and Workforce Analytics. Includes research on HR information systems implementation, People Analytics and FutureWork, as well as other research on areas of workforce research and development.
Layman's description
A programme of research studies aimed at understanding how computer systems and data science methods are being used in the context of human resources management. It looks at the opportunities these innovations present for addressing the healthcare workforce shortage, as well as some of the ethical risks new analytical tools present for employees.
