This KTP will help CAS and their respective network of Bureaux become independent and agile in their ability to improve their services and operations, through implementation and development of Service Design Principles, Co-design practices through No-Code deployment, leading to a bespoke organisational internal learning framework and collectively owned "continuous improvement playbook", owned and updated by members
