Description

In order to better develop students' intercultural competence, international Chinese teachers should be equipped with certain intercultural teaching skills. With Chinese being used increasingly widely, the world will need a growing number of people with intercultural competence in Chinese. The practical and theoretical implications of this research project will result in the development of an Intercultural model specifically for Chinese language education.

This joint research project is in collaboration with Tianjin University and has been funded by the Sino-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education (China).
