Research was a collaboration between Northumbria, Durham and Nottingham Trent Universities, supported by Reece Innovation Limited and Schlumberger, to investigate the use of superhydrophobic and fluid lubricant boundary conditions to reduce drag for the flow of liquids through channels and tubes.
