Rape Reform

  • Tadros, Victor (Principal Investigator)

Project Details

The project was designed to stimulate interdisciplinary scholarship on rape reform, both academically and in a way that would feed into the reform project being developed by the Scottish Law Commission. It involved scholars from a number of jurisdictions (including England, Scotland, Ireland and Canada) in a number of disciplines (including Law, Sociology and Philosophy). Representatives of the Scottish Law Commission, as well as legal practitioners, were present at the workshop that we held. Following that, an open letter was published in the Scots Law Times which was in the name of all of the academic participants at the workshop.
