Description
Research and capacity building programme supporting all 32 local authorities across Scotland to deliver area-wide programmes of emissions reduction towards Scotland's Climate Change plan.
Key findings
Local authorities lack skills and capacity, and current approaches are not delivering at the pace and scale required to meet targets. Our programme supports LAs to develop common approaches using data to support, monitor and measure progress and delivery.
