The project seeks to: a) comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness and impact of two People's Panels conducted by the Scottish Parliament; b) offer recommendations on how to advance deliberative democracy in the context of the development of a Blueprint or Impact Framework for the use of deliberative processes.
