Shackleton Scholarship Fund: "The Falkland Islands and the Island Games, 1993-present"

My research examines the Falkland Islands' participation in the competition. Themes include:
• The experiences and memories of athletes, administrators, and coaches of Island Games competitions (including social events)
• The recent history of sport development and policy in the Falkland Islands
• The Falkland Islands’ sporting relationships with the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth
• Sport and cooperation between non-state actors on the Atlantic Rim.
