A major AHRC-funded project dedicated to archiving, digitising, transcribing, cataloguing, conserving, and researching the field notebooks of the major Scottish folklorist Alexander Carmichael (1832-1912), preserved in the Carmichael Watson Collection at the Centre for Research Collections, Edinburgh University Library.
