Abstract / Description of output
Commissioning the academic, Hephzibah Israel to create a series of twenty individual text works produced in collaboration with Fraser Muggeridge studio, in the context of other exhibitions by Lawrence Abu Hamden and Jesse Jones. Israel’s script moves between Tamil, her native language, and Hindi and English, poetically exploring the nature of translation and what it is to navigate borders.
