3D cell spheroids drug response monitoring using electrical impedance tomography

Abstract

This work explores a novel electrical impedance imaging technique to monitor the drug responses of 3D cell spheroids in real-time. Reconstructions were compared between the cell culture with and without drug for the visualization of cell mortality.
