N2 - An integrated 90nm powerline communications AFE is presented. The AFE comprises a 2-to-28MHz 200Mb/s channel and also a wider band Gb-capable channel, which can operate simultaneously. Measurement results show that the AFE achieves sufficient linearity and noise performance when integrated as part of an SoC to achieve the required data rates.
