Abstract

A case of unilateral forelimb ectrodactyly in a puppy was described. The affected limb was amputated. Treatment for this condition varies with the severity of the anatomical changes. Some will require no treatment while some may require amputation of the abnormal limb. It is recommended that affected animals should be removed from the breeding population.
