Abstract / Description of output
Destined for Creativity tour - the Jubileum exhibition tour of ITE art - Another Cabin for Elis is part of ITE finland's jubileum exhibition tour. The exhibition tour takes place this year: Kokkola museum spring 2020, Oulu Art Museum May-September, Hämeenlinna Art Museum October 2020 - January 2021.
Inglis contribution is a large scale adhocist installation, constructed from found materials; a glass structure which acts as an archive of the life and imagined feelings of Outsider artist Elis Sinisto. Inglis has created a film poem that plays inside of the structure which also includes photos, mixed media objects and shrines as well as a sound installation all generated by inglis after many field visits to Sinistos camp.
