"At the heart of everything a row of holes" is an experimental 44-minutes audio-visual installation. The installation is audio-visually tracing the history of automation by focusing of its relationship with labour, entertainment and colonialism. The immersive installation consists of multi-screen video projections, intelligent light display, multi-channel audio and computer controlled Piano.

The work was selected and funded for GENERATION: 25 Years of Contemporary Art in Scotland. GENERATION was a nationwide exhibition programme held in Scotland in 2014 showcasing the work of contemporary Scottish artists.The programme traced the developments in art in Scotland since 1989. It featured over 100 artists in more than 60 venues.
