Abstract / Description of output

In the version of this Article originally published, in Figs. 4–6, a number of units were incorrect in the axis titles. In the y- and x-axis titles of Fig. 4a,d and Figs. 4e–h and 5i,j, respectively, the units ‘μg ml–1 protein’ were incorrect and should have read ‘μg mg–1 protein’; in the x-axis titles of Fig. 6e,f, the units ‘mg mg–1 protein’ were incorrect and should have read ‘μg mg–1 protein’; and in the x-axis titles of Fig. 6j,k, the units ‘μg ml–1 protein’ were incorrect and should have read ‘μg mg–1 protein’. All versions of the Article have been amended.
