Abstract

The purpose of this report is to provide an in-depth case study of Canada’s approach to global food and nutrition security (FNS), including relevant national policies and their implementation. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of Canadas FNS policy and its agricultural and trade policies is undertaken and evaluated against the Canada-specific findings of the Brookings Institution’s Ending Rural Hunger (ERH) framework and database.
