Abstract / Description of output
We will describe and demonstrate the creation and evaluation of a new iPad app for pre-schoolers with autism. The app uses the intuitive iPad interface to bring technology enhanced learning to very young and non-verbal children, at a time when intervention is most efficacious. The app provides an opportunity to practice social skills in a safe and motivating environment.
