* Cluster Picker - Identifies monophyletic clades meeting user-input criteria for bootstrap support and maximum genetic distance within large phylogenetic trees.
* Cluster Matcher - Automates the process of linking genetic data to epidemiological or clinical data, and matches clusters between runs of the Cluster Picker.
