Abstract / Description of output

We describe work in progress on how information structure inuences the interpretation of discourse connectives. We demonstrate this inuence with an analysis of the two senses of although, distinguished in the literature as denial of expectation and concessive opposition, rening earlier accounts that ignore information structure.
