Abstract

This book has presented theoretical developments to the advancement of Public Service Logic (PSL) theory and the implications of this for policy and practice. In advancing PSL theory, this book has drawn together five key areas of development through:
investigations of the nature of value and value creation for public services;
the nature of public service ecosystems (PSEs);
PSL in action in the delivery of public services;
critical reflections upon PSL as a problem-solving theory; and
national/regional case studies of PSL in action to evaluate its global applicability and lessons.
