What would help you and your organization to navigate a complex and uncertain world? What does it mean to make good decisions, given the constant lack of information that contributes to the complexities of markets, economy and society at large?
Between 2012 and 2014 we visited the head offices and divisions of 13 large, medium and small companies based in Europe, the US and the Middle East. From these organisations we selected seven case studies most suitable to developing our design principles.
