Abstract / Description of output

Dighty (Roberts/Summerton/Windle 2011, 5mins)
Summerton and Windle collaborated with the singer/songwriter Alasdair Roberts (Drag City Records - Chicago)
weaving a film and soundtrack around the true story of a drowning and subsequent haunting at the Dighty Burn, Dundee. “Dighty” was released as a 7" single on Dog Town records in an edition of 500 - with cover artwork by Summerton.

The District Nurse (Summerton/Windle 2007, 2:40mins, Super-8)
Inspired by Simon Schama’s book “Landscape & Memory”, this short film envisions a day in the life of a very early and noble National Health Service, tending to needs in the forest of Airlie. The soundtrack was fashioned from leaves and eiderdown by El Search.
