Abstract
Doodleville is the overarching title of a series of events that is developing ideas about accumulation, the miniature, the multiple and an endless narrative.
The premise of these installations is to represent experience and incidence through a large and expanding collection of small images that build into some ‘epic’ story.
The idea began from reading a contemporary review of Tolstoy’s War and Peace which talked about his desire to make a novel about ‘everything’.
