Abstract / Description of output

This slim volume is an interesting addition to the research literature on family law practice. The book is essentially four chapters describing the findings of a research project into the work of barristers, preceded by two short chapters providing a context for the research – with a description of the demographic characteristics of the members of the bar in England and Wales, their training, regulation and remuneration.
