Abstract / Description of output

This is the third and final part of a case that follows the evolution of the Scottish pet food firm, Bella & Duke. It asks participants to evaluate three strategic choices facing Bella & Duke as it seeks to scale the venture. This third part of the case can either be taught as a standalone or in conjunction with one or both of the other two parts. The first part of the case - 'Raw Goodness'. - asks participants to design a business model canvas for a feasibility trial. The second part of the case - 'RG Pet Foods' - asks participants to redesign a business model canvas and consider finance options on the journey to start-up viability.
