Abstract / Description of output

This article present preliminary findings of a study at the University of Edinburgh investigating staff experiences of hybrid teaching. Fourteen staff were recruited across the university colleges, professional services and leadership to be interviewed about their interpretation of hybrid, the challenges and benefits they experienced, and where the future of teaching was likely to go in their opinion. Interviews with staff were transcribed and thematic analysis revealed five initial themes. These are identified and presented in this article.
