Abstract / Description of output
Teixeira de Freitas is widely recognised as one of the greatest legal minds of the XIX Century. His conception of a private wrong however, shows a subtle philosophical mind at word. In this article, his conceptions of "juridical acts" and "wrongs" are analysed from the perspective of contemporary philosophy of mind.
