Insolvency Risk in Sale

Sale is an exchange of money for ownership. If the exchange is simultaneous, insolvency is not normally a threat. But, in practice, the exchange is often not simultaneous. This article considers current law in Scotland, both for moveables and for immoveables, with some comparative discussion.
