Abstract / Description of output

This report provides an overview of Scottish policy and practice relating to the support of vulnerable young people. We provide an overview of current Scottish policies intended to enhance social inclusion, Children's rights and life chances of young people at risk of exclusion. As well as highlighting examples of policies that seemed to be operating well, We also draw attention to the areas where there is a gap between policy rhetoric and social reality.
