A detailed study of three Spanish hybrid prose works by Javier Marías, Antonio Muñoz Molina and Rosa Montero situated within a pan-European literary context and recent developments in the genre of the novel, by way of their generic, storytelling and stylistic digressiveness, as well as the errancy of the processes of the creative imagination laid bare.
