Abstract / Description of output
A measurement of the branching fraction of the decay π΅0π βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S is performed using protonβproton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5ββfbβ1 collected by the LHCb experiment between 2011 and 2016. The branching fraction is determined to be β¬β‘(π΅0π βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S)=[8.3Β±1.6β’(stat)Β±0.9β’(syst)Β±0.8β’(norm)Β±0.3β’(ππ /ππ)]Γ10β6, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third and fourth are due to uncertainties on the branching fraction of the normalization mode π΅0βπβ’πΎ0S and the ratio of hadronization fractions ππ /ππ. This is the most precise measurement of this branching fraction to date. Furthermore, a measurement of the branching fraction of the decay π΅0βπΎ0
Sβ’πΎ0S is performed relative to that of the π΅0π βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S channel, and is found to be
β¬β‘(π΅0βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S)β¬β‘(π΅0π βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S)=[7.5Β±3.1β’(stat)Β±0.5β’(syst)Β±0.3β’(ππ /ππ)]Γ10β2.
Sβ’πΎ0S is performed relative to that of the π΅0π βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S channel, and is found to be
β¬β‘(π΅0βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S)β¬β‘(π΅0π βπΎ0Sβ’πΎ0S)=[7.5Β±3.1β’(stat)Β±0.5β’(syst)Β±0.3β’(ππ /ππ)]Γ10β2.
