Abstract

Microwave heating is a new and extremely attractive method for synthesizing polymetallic clusters of paramagnetic transition metal ions. Here we give a brief overview of some of the complexes we have made so far, highlighting the enormous potential of the technique. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
