Abstract / Description of output
This is a short (three-minutes) animated guide to why research, such as Mobility, Mood and Place (MMP), matters. Designed by a freelance animator, with a professional voiceover, it includes key findings and policy/practice recommendations from our research. Hosted on free-to-access platform, vimeo, the animation has been viewed over 800 times and widely shared/praised on social media, with comments including "a great animation and a very important message" (Age Scotland) and "excellent video about developing places to support healthy ageing" (Greenspace Scotland). It is one of a number of MMP resources currently being used by Moray Council in workshops with council officers and stakeholders in a project to better align land use planning with healthcare objectives.
