Abstract

This report/paper is based on research conducted by the NFER andcommissioned by the LGA for the national Narrowing the Gap team. It aimsto identify whether or not governance has an effective role in narrowing thegap between vulnerable children and young people, and other children. Thestudy included a literature review and interviews with case-study localauthorities.
