Staging.
Nightmare Scenario can be staged entirely in one large space/hall or a large space with adjacent areas. The participants follow the action as it spirals inwards towards the last scene. There is a prologue and epilogue that requires a separate space with Aggie Cornog, the Storyteller, who meets the participants and accompanies them throughout.
Cast.
Aggie Cornog: Storyteller.
Najibah: A young woman about 17, named Benita by the hill farmers of
Ystria who found her as a young child and adopted her.
Captain Habib: A young man about 20, a junior officer in the Djaran Infantry.
King Saddiq: In his middle age. The tyrant King of Djaran. .
