Abstract

The observation of a new ion-pair state of ICl, the H'1 (1D2), is reported. Existing vibrational constants for the G1 (P-3(1)) and beta1 (P-3(2)) states have been extended to cover the range nu = 0-63 and nu = 0-137 respectively.
