On the meta-theoretical orientation of Daudi Azibo's Nosology: placing the development of his African-centered diagnostic system against the methodological crisis argued for by Dr. W. C. Banks

Abstract

The article presents the author's views on scholar Daudi Azibo's Nosology model. It is stated that argues that Azibo's nosology uses metatheory to address the methodological crisis of the Africentric paradigm that was introduced by scholar W.C. Banks. According to the author, Azibo's nosology itself a theoretical alternative to the crisis of the Africentric concept announced by Banks apart from creating a diagnostic system for African AMerican mental health
