Abstract / Description of output
Integrating CMOS with other Technologies is on the rise. The term "More-than-Moore" describes the combination of pure electronic CMOS with sensor input and/or actuator output capability. This seminar details the integration fo CMOS with liquid crystal (LC), organic light emitting diode (OLED) and micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) to create ultra-miniature electronic displays screens.
