Abstract
A quasi-2D EIT-optical dual modality sensor for cellular imaging was investigated. The design of the micro EIT sensor was demonstrated. High-resolution conductivity contrast arising from MCF-7 cell aggregates was obtained in multiple experiments by using adaptive group sparsity constraint.
