Abstract

Belgium, being a Member State (MS) of the EU, has implemented into its national legal order the EU directives adopted in view of harmonising intellectual property law. The legislation on intellectual property rights (IPRs) is stipulated in Book XI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (CEL).
