Abstract
Wooden sculpture named 'Retrato dum homem possível' (Portrait of a Possible Man), the primary research output of my participation at the 'Residencia NoBela'. This was a two month artistic/research residency undertaken by myself and three graffiti artists at the Bela Maré gallery in the Complexo da Maré community in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). During the residency we researched and created around the topic of Masculinities Otherwise, producing individual artworks and a group installation which were then exhibited publicly in the Bela Maré gallery.
