Abstract

The population of ontologies with real instances still remains a major practical issue for the Semantic Web community. Significant progress towards a solution for this issue can be achieved through the migration of data stored in existing relational databases. In this paper we present a schema matching methodology and its implementation, necessary for further data migration.
