Abstract
The aim of this toolkit is to provide you with resources and ideas for how you might run your own Poetry for Wellbeing Workshops. The materials and ideas presented here have been tested out with a group of social workers. Those that took part said they enjoyed the experience and described the workshops as ‘nourishing’, ‘fun’, ‘relaxing’, and ‘inspiring’. All said they really valued the reflective space that the workshops created.
